Profile Settings

Profile Settings lets users manage account metadata used for identity, notifications, support, and account recovery. Profile fields are part of the account/profile data protected by the platform security baseline.

Editable Profile Fields

  • Name: Displayed with the user account.
  • Job title: Optional role context for account and workspace administration.
  • Email address: Primary address for notifications and account recovery.

Editing Profile Information

  1. Open User Settings > Profile.
  2. Update supported fields.
  3. Save the change.
  4. Complete email verification when changing the primary email.

Managing Notifications

Profile and notification preferences control how the user receives account messages and monitoring alerts.

  • Monitoring alerts for products and targets the user follows.
  • Account and system messages relevant to workspace access.

Privacy Requests

Users can request access, correction, export, deletion, or other privacy actions when supported by applicable law, customer agreement, or Bitaic policy. Privacy requests start at privacy@bitaic.com.
