User Settings Overview

User Settings lets users manage profile information, avatar details, notification preferences, and account-security controls that affect their own Bitaic access.

Key Sections

1. Profile: Manage display name, job title, primary email, and profile metadata used for account communication.
2. Avatar: Upload or update the image shown with the user account.
3. Security: Manage password settings, enable MFA where available, review sessions, and end sessions that should no longer be active.
4. Notifications: Choose notification preferences for monitoring alerts and account messages.

Accessing User Settings

Open your profile menu in the Bitaic App and select User Settings.

Account Security Practices

• Keep your primary email current for account recovery.
• Enable MFA for accounts with administrative access.
• Review active sessions after password or role changes.
• Use workspace roles and service tokens rather than sharing personal credentials with automation.
