Privacy
Bitaic collects and processes account, usage, configuration, and monitoring data to provide infrastructure monitoring, alerting, reporting, support, security, and administration workflows. Privacy controls are designed around data minimization, access control, retention, export, and deletion request handling.
Data Collection
- Account data: name, email address, role, workspace membership, profile settings, and notification preferences.
- Monitoring data: target configuration, check results, metrics, alert state, agent state, and product-specific operational metadata.
- Usage and security data: login timestamps, session records, audit events, API token metadata, webhook and integration administration, and export/deletion activity.
Use And Processing
- Data is used to deliver monitoring, alerting, troubleshooting, reporting, account administration, security, and customer support.
- Bitaic limits product collection to data needed for the configured monitoring workflows. Domain Monitoring does not store or display registrant personal contact fields from WHOIS or RDAP sources for launch.
- Workspace roles and service-token scopes restrict who can view, modify, export, or administer workspace data.
Security Controls
- User, API, webhook, agent, and service traffic uses TLS.
- Stored customer monitoring data, configuration data, account/profile data, audit records, session records, token metadata, and integration configuration are protected by managed encryption at rest.
- Default workspace roles are
Viewer,Operator, andAdmin, with explicit scopes for service tokens. - Customer MFA can be enabled for user accounts, and privileged internal access requires MFA.
User Rights
Users and workspace administrators can request privacy actions when supported by applicable law, customer agreement, or Bitaic policy.
- Access or export qualifying account and workspace data.
- Correct profile information and supported account metadata.
- Request deletion of qualifying customer data from active product surfaces after verification and processing.
- Request other privacy actions that apply to the user, workspace, region, contract, or policy context.

Data Access And Sharing
- Service providers may process data needed to operate, host, secure, support, or improve the platform.
- Bitaic may disclose data when required by law, valid legal process, or the need to protect Bitaic, customers, users, or the platform.
- Data may transfer as part of a business transaction subject to applicable agreement and legal requirements.
Privacy Policy
The Privacy Policy provides the customer-facing policy record for data collection, usage, retention, and privacy rights.

Breach Notification Policy
Bitaic handles suspected privacy or security incidents through triage, containment, assessment, remediation, customer communication when required, and post-incident review. Notifications are provided according to applicable law and customer agreements.
